Ordering & Products

We offer a comprehensive range including cashews (W240, W320), almonds (Nonpareil, Carmel), pistachios (Fandoghi, Akbari, Kaleghouchi), walnuts (light amber halves & pieces), raisins (Thompson, Golden), dates (Medjool, Deglet Noor), dried figs, dried apricots, dried blueberries, and custom mixed nuts.

Yes, absolutely! We provide product samples for serious buyers. Sample costs are typically refundable upon placing a commercial order. Contact our trade desk to arrange sample shipments.

MOQ varies by product: Most nuts and dried fruits: 500kg - 1MT. Premium/gourmet grades: 200kg - 500kg. We can sometimes accommodate smaller trial orders — please inquire with our sales team.

Quality & Certifications

Every shipment undergoes multiple quality checks: Pre-shipment inspection by SGS/Bureau Veritas, Certificate of Analysis (COA) from origin lab, Phytosanitary certificate, and optional third-party testing upon arrival.

We can provide various certifications depending on product and origin: ISO, HACCP, Organic (USDA/EU), Non-GMO, Kosher, Halal, and BRCGS. Contact us with your specific certification requirements.

Yes. We maintain full traceability documentation including origin certificates, batch numbers, processing dates, and container seals. All information is shared with buyers before shipment.

Logistics & Shipping

We ship to all major Mexican ports: Manzanillo, Lázaro Cárdenas, Veracruz, Altamira, and Ensenada. Door delivery available for larger orders.

Products are shipped in 20ft or 40ft refrigerated containers (cold-chain) to preserve freshness. We can also consolidate multiple products in one container to optimize shipping costs.

Standard lead times: 7-14 days for documentation and inspection, 20-35 days sea freight from Asia to México. Total: 30-50 days from order confirmation.

We provide complete import documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, and health certificate. We can also recommend customs brokers in México.

Payment & Pricing

We accept: Wire Transfer (TT), Letter of Credit (L/C), and for established customers: 30% deposit + 70% against documents. Contact us to discuss payment terms.

Yes. By sourcing directly from farms and cooperatives, we eliminate middlemen. Our pricing is typically 5-15% below market average for comparable grades.

Quotes are typically CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) to Mexican ports. We can also provide FOB, CFR, or EXW pricing upon request.
